www.vintageoutboard.com has a lot of parts for pre 70 marine engines. Purchased a complete water pump rebuild with power head gasket for around $40 for the same engine as in this video.

Lol u got a bit of a spelling error there bud, if you have to the exact engine and did a water pump but it's not pumping make sure the metal line went into the water pump housing when you put the lower unit on, if it's still not pumping you could have something blocking it, check the thermostat, but other than that I would have no clue

Power head has to come off on these mid 50s to mid 60s motors. Omc switched to a shift linkage clamp in the lower unit in later models...made life much easier
