I've watched about ten of Richard's presentations and this is absolutely the first one with a number of classless attacks against him. Jealous crowd. He doesn't deserve that, he comes across as sincere and passionate about the product he sells. Compare him against "NautiStyles", especially the female and she thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread. Lousy presenter and lack of product knowledge. She's the type that buys expensive clothes, makes the video and then returns the clothing for a refund.

She is a lovely old girl with some great bones. She obviously needs some significant upgrades to the electronics, lighting, galley and such, and I am sure there are some unpleasant, expensive surprises waiting for the next owner on a boat that large and that old. @darthkek19533 жыл бұрын
Low hours is a myth for fragile boaters. For every boater who is in the least bit competent there are 50 boaters who ruin their tampons every 100 boating hours. Modern engines can easily have 20,000 hour half-lives and people who have no business on the water fret about them having 700 hours as if the things are about to blow like Hiroshima. These days the seas are full of idiots aka "credit card captains".

6in thick fiberglass. Bet that was an interesting request in 1967.
@c5back95 жыл бұрын
zhp500: perhaps not as odd as some might think. Glass hulls were thicker in those days than what we have today. Many production boats this size might have had 3-4 inches of glass in a good bit of the hull anyhow. Given this was being custom built as a blue water boat for long distance transits on all seas, and for an owner of considerable means, the idea of adding a couple inches to make her tougher makes sense. Hauling her out for her survey is going to be something though.
