Absolutely drop dead gorgeous all around inside out. I thought this before seeing comments. Would make an amazing father son project. Would you mind sharing how much this cost you to build (parts only)? Exactly the same. Rear seat, motor trany, the works. Your first video gave me this idea to clone this exact work of American muscle art. GREAT JOB.

Thank you for the comment, it’s hard to give a price on what it cost because labor is where the price gets really high. But if I were to guess parts only not including the car itself, at that time before parts went through the roof…. Roughly 30-40k

@@1194video Thank you. My dad had a 1970 Mach1 that got wrecked back in 1974. I loved that beast. Your build brought back these memories.

does the change from coupe to fastback afects the registration? or is just like adding wide fenders?
@1194video3 ай бұрын
It does not affect the Origional registration.

If you do a coupe to fastback but keep the coupe rear seats can you still use fastback rear trim pieces that are on the sides and under rear window?
@1194video8 күн бұрын
@@Crafttime316 you need to use the coupe side panels and make your own upper panel, the coupe panel is closer to the body and the FB curves out away from the car to accommodate the vent

It has a steel Shelby taillight panel so it’s all weld in just like factory, the fiberglass ones are screw in
