It means all the parts on the car are original. Every part has serial numbers, and if all the serial numbers on all the parts match, it's all factory-original, and worth a boat-load of money.

Hold it. Wait. The Real GNX car you are referring to was exactly that. Tony thinks you are referring to the 1983 Regal Pro Street car that looks like a GNX. The one I am talking about was totally factory documented. Jeff Whitaker

You should correct the following items: Remove the Challenger emblem above the side strip "R/T" callout. Replace the gloss black side stripes with the correct flat black side stripes. Install the side stripes correctly...rear of stripes should not overlap the rear side marker. Magnum 500 wheels should have polished stainless trim rings in 1970, not chromed wheels. That is just a start on the incorrect items!

Actually, that is not exactly correct. According to Galen Govier's Production Option Code book - there where only 9 HEMI powered 1970 Challenger R/T Convertibles. There were over 1,000 1970 Challenger R/T Convertibles made. My personal favorite Mopar style vehicle - period.

@mrnoi5545 Damn dude calm down. I'm not a fan of convertibles either but I don't think they're for pussies. People just like the styling and the "weight savings" of a coupe. The sensation of going a 100-120 mph with the top down is crazy. And that sound, it's just sensory overload. It don't get that serious to b calling people pussies. If anything, they're more brave cuz they have a 375hp-425hp performance car wit no top so if they wreck; it's over.
