These were nice cars but very underpowered....they cry for better and stronger engine....in UK many installed a Rover SD1 engine V8

That sounds like a nice swap! But to be honest 3200cc 165hp is not underpowered at all. Tthe first edition 2800cc it was.

@@ZeroRustClub Yeah with the 5 speed box the 3200 is fast enough but still feels somehow not powerful enough and it drinks fuel like crazy...the later EFi DUAL PLENUM Rover all alumium V8 from Vitesse fit perfectly weighs even less than the old iron lump from Fiat and has 55 HP more...and still has a better fuel economy (sound is also more masculin). Did you know that Fiat intended to install a V8 called the 140 but due to cost cuttings Lampredi had to construct a new economical V6 OHC and ditch the intended 4.6 V8.
