Very nice Blazer! 13,000 was a fair price. I'm glad you found the stamped numbers on the block. I figured it would be original because all 305 and 350 motors had that crazy upper radiator hose assembly! 3" rubber from the Intake going to a curvy metal tube attached to a 7" piece of rubber hose going to the radiator. hope you keep her as original as possible! Thanks for these videos Sir!

Enjoyed this video. I’m starting my first K5 restoration project, single handed. You helped me decide to go ahead and remove the body. Good luck.

very nice video. Its nice to see how a single person with the right tools can tackle a big project. Better than brand new when complete.

Lot of work but great job. Will be tackling similar project soon. What did you use to paint the frame?

I used a 50/50 mixture of Satin Rustoleum paint and Acetone. It's cheap, sprays nice, and looks factory. I've used POR and other similar products (at 10x the cost) to find that they don't do anything spectacular.

@@fultonsgarage6331 someone turned me onto the same. I used rustoleum tractor paint satin bl and acetone out of a bigger nozzle so you don't have to thin it quite as much. Used under the bed of my C10 and it looks killer!

Please share spec on rotisserie you are using. I’m restoring a ‘72 CK5 and plan to do the same thing you did. Thanks for sharing and documenting the work you did. Extremely helpful as I’ve never tore into one of these rigs.
