What an interesting find. If I recall, we didn't have many of these coupés in the UK. And the V4 wasn't very popular - rather harsh engine. Pintos and V6's much better. Still a shame this old girl has been left to rot.

Coke bottle coupe! rare as hell in the UK, most had straight lines and the bottom of the rear window was squared off and not curved, ive also never seen a cologne V4 before, they're so small in the engine bay.

I have just bought a 1977 ford Granada mk1 ghia S reg in roman bronze and it has been siting since 1991 but underneath is still good for the most part but the rear arches and sills have seen better days and I hope to restore it soon

Oh yesss, the V4 Consul L ; 75 HP ; we had him, when I was 10 till 16 Years old. My father allowed me to drive him in and out of our garage and some rounds at the factory premises at his work from I was 12. My dear, what a big ca ! Like a driving living room.

I own an Ford consul 1974. It was abondoned in the late 80s. Me and my friends Drug it up from its grave. It sat for 30 years at grass and dirt level. That car is in much better condition than this one.
