I bought one of these cars in may of 1974 for $2614 drove it off the showroom floor,it had 137,000 miles on it when I sold it for $450 in 1982,its one of the best car values per year of service I ever made!

My parents had a 1976 Civic when I was kid. It stopped running and sat in in the yard for years before my brother and I took it to shop class. We did a lot of work to it. They gave it to me and I have to say it was the most fun I ever had driving. It wasn't the fastest car, but it was a hoot when the road turned twisty! And I could go forever on a tank of gas! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Love those old huge steering wheels, no power steering, so needed them big. Those old Civics are impossible to find, and found ones are $10k in poor shape, I wish I would have kept my ‘84 and ‘91s. What were they pushing 50-60 HP back then from that 1400cc motor ? Even on my ‘91 DX a passenger side mirror was an “option”, that cost an additional $90.

It’s an original factory option centre console - it was a long time ago a restored it and sold it so I don’t have any link or other reference

The chairs it's for 2nd gen Civic not 1st gen I think not sure because 2nd gen has same chair or maybe closer to it

I have the very same car 1974 but it’s an automatic. I really need help trying to find out where the hoses go on the carburetor there is one rubber hose and it’s off in the gas comes pouring out of it if I start the car. I have no idea where it goes. Can anyone help me thank you so much
