@@ynp1978 legendary Michigan state vs Michigan game was 1978, that when kirk Gibson , eddie smith the quarterback and company beat Michigan, I still trying to find out on KZbin, I am Michigan football and basketball fan, I am so happy Michigan beat Notre dame Saturday, they probably would not renew the series if notre dame would have won notre dame too good for Michigan ,it good for recruiting

Bob Ufer was the best sport calling of U of M football. I love this guy and his broadcast. I would go to the games and listen on a radio to him calling the plays. He was the greatest period..

The game wasn't broadcast on TV because of MSU's punishment for massive recruiting violations.; No games broadcast on TV for three seasons (1976, 77, 78). One and only time Gibson beat Michigan. I wish I had copies of his other three games where he was a non-factor.
