Current lax (2020) isn’t as good as old lax, even lax as old as this.

Old school lacrosse relies more on ball movement. The skillets of the players were horrible. Most wouldn't make a good high school team today. The skillets of players have really improved. The game is more boring as it has become a matchup game of one on ones

All due respect but I have no idea on what you’d actually base a statement like that. You’re just way, WAY wrong.

I'll buy that the game is boring today absolutely . But skillets or skillets bad from then? Your outta ur .mind . I'm pretty sure most of those guys could give today's teams a challenge. They all stand around they don't hit

Young bucks that didn’t play in the 80’s or 90’s don’t understand that you simply couldn’t do the things with those old sticks that you can with today’s.

@UCesVFRlETF_WWdJkl1UPerg the sticks are definitely different, the main difference is that the heads are now offset. There’s no transition today for a number of reasons, in my opinion. The main reason is that the ball’s on the ground a hell of a lot less and THAT’S because it’s very difficult to take the ball out of today’s stick. The second reason is all the substitutions. No clears, rides or fast breaks because middies get off the field if they lose or gain possession. That’s due to coaching and it sucks. TLDR: no loose balls because of the sticks and the disappearance of the two-way middie.
