1986 CR125 Engine Rebuild final assembly

I had the 84 CR125, the first year of the schnozzle, when the schnozzle was open it was supposed to boost low end power. My friend bought a brand new 86 CR125 and when I rode it that bike felt like a 250 compared to my wheezing 84. All 3 of the 86 CR's were ahead of their time and easily won all of the shootouts. Great content, you're bringing back good memories.

I had that bike back in the day, I put on a PC pipe and it did away with the ATAC chamber

That's cool, did the PC pipe come with a new flange?

@@834_moto_builds I don't remember for sure but, I kind of recall small flange adapter for the cylinder. That was 36 years ago. I've taken a few diggers since then

Hey man! I just got an 83 cr125 and my clutch+/water pump cover and stuff it corroded! Where could i get a new cover at? Where did you get yours? I would really really appreciate it

You should buy a DG pipe to delete the ATAC There’s some on eBay and I think DG still makes them

Does the atac get removed or just deleted? I'm trying to keep to a budget kn this build, but if my KZbin channel takes off I'll definitely splurge on a DG pipe
