Now I understand why you said "Much better than Spring Break". John Trudeau's layouts are not always the best, but I like the loop de loop launch

Yes that launch is pretty cool and same loop was used in Gold Wings! I had high hopes for Spring Break since the layout was different and cool looking but it never really grabbed my attention for too long. Tag Team (also system 80b) is one I have hung on to for many years because rules/layout are great!!! Tag Team is also Trudeau and has same left side ball save as Spring Break :)

@@pinballshenanigans I guess I'll check that one too. Are you looking for more obscur pins from Gottlieb or is it just the ones you found for cheap? Usually people don't bother with them that much and just own the well rated ones

@@pinballshenanigans I watched both, Tag Team is pretty cool, long game, seams nice to control. Lacks a bit of ramps for me but it's a bit too old for that

I picked up one of these partly because I'm in Florida, and it just seems like it would be at home here, and partly because I was just looking for something to work on. I love it's outrageous 80's theme and how it has almost beach boys music, with almost Spuds McKenzie, almost Eddy Van Halen, and almost Valerie Bertanelli with a weird blow up doll face... Yours seems like it turned pretty nice. Did you use LEDs? I'm hoping my rust bucket restoration turns out as nice.

Haha totally. Yep Florida is the perfect place for Spring Break!!! I did not LED mine. I thought it looked ok incandescent but LED's would probably look better (less heat too).
