Someone needs to do this for St Anger. More challenging because the songs need some editing, but producing a listenable version of the album would be worthy of a Nobel Prize. Hardwired is probably the best to do this to, since the songs just really need to be sped up a bit and have the mix fixed. This is some great work, congrats on this excellent result.
@ivankovachev8835 Жыл бұрын
@@oscardiggs246 St.Anger is easy outside of some of the more unusual vocal lines. I don't mind the snare. Metallica loves to say that St.Anger has low budget proudction and mixing, but that to me is weird. Low compared to what? The Black album? Sure, but it's still better than KeA and RtL and the guitar tones and drum tones are so much better than anything post-St.Anger imo, thick, raspy tones and punchy and snappy drums, of course the snare is a tin can, but aside from that.

Hardwired is amazing! One of my favorites Metallica's album. Apart from two or three songs, the rest of the album is insane and filled with great riffs, lyrics and melodies. Unfortunately the guys weren't boys anymore when they made it, which for any metal band makes a lot of difference. And what I've always missed listening to Hardwired and wondering how absurd this album would be is exactly with the distortions and James' vocals of the past. And there you have it... Thank you for the wonderful experience. This whole album deserves your work, because if it had been released in 1988, it would have been almost as good as And Justice, in my humble opinion. 🤘

Seriously incredible, this is amazing. Though to me the Vocals are a tiny bit too Loud, would've loved them to be a little lower thats all.

Metallica can still write masterpieces, the only difference is how age has caught up with them. I LOVED Death Magnetic and now with 72 Seasons, they still got it after 40+ years!

How'd you get the vocal THAT clean?

It's probably the model!

@@BlackHoleNoises nah bro, I mean like it's too clean to not pick up on song artifacts. Where do you get your stems? Or did you just run the song through a vocal remover?
@BlackHoleNoises Жыл бұрын
@@GreenmiIe We got the samples for the model from AJFS stems online, as well as the original vocals for this song!
