I searched all of KZbin, for videos about this job. This is by far the most informative one! She even included the torque specs. Some of the others are just lame! Guy takes off one bolt, then shows new part already on the car. Thank you for this video.

You can either get it directly from honda, from a junkyard, or maybe on eBay?

Why is the rubber mount so loose on the new stud? Is that right?

The rubber is designed to hold but “float”. If you torqued the bolt to the correct amount, then it should be installed correctly
