@@jonb5586 Rated for 4 or 650lbs. but 5 seats. I think 3 adults and 2 small kids ok. as long as you all have vests should be legal. technically they could write you ticket for being overloaded but that depends how they feel that day. LOL. May vary state to state.

for the size yes, i would recommend a outboard rather that a inboard and not a 2 stroke especially an older 2 stroke

seats 6, if it is all adults watch for the weight restriction because it will not plane if it is too heavy
