I got to take it around the block a few times but never got to open her up on the highway. He took me for a ride and really stepped on it a few timed. Was such a cool truck. They ended up selling it around 2010 with only 30k miles on it to a rich collector who had multiple Lightnings in his garage. I just wonder how she looks today.

Good cleaning, but might need to consider if under coating suspension parts like that is a good idea. Individually sanding each part and taping off the bushings and connections points at minimum for any undercoat. The way you did it is just gonna peel, water will get trapped in there, and the bushings gonna get gunked...up and not move freely. Gotta be careful with ABS sensor too. I learned a lot from your cleaning, so just giving my advice right back at ya :) coming from a guy who pulled apart brakes on 98 Ford escort zx2, and rebuilt with basic tools. Resurfaced rotors, in the driveway, new pads, bled my brakes and drives hard with no problems for a year now. I'd say fluid film is a better alternative, to repel water, and not clog up your suspension, letting it move freely. Or just leave the old grease on it. Cleaning off old grease is not always worth it, if it's behind the wheel, and still protects from rust 🤷♂️ I'll be back again to learn more of your amazing cleaning and degreasing skills tho! 👌🏼🔥💯
