Update. I ordered parts from this company. I received it in a decent time. Followed the instructions. A couple things were different on my Yukon. I had to drill a hole to get my door open since my door wouldn't open. I had to unscrew an additional screw but all and all it was fairly easy. A girl did it so boom.

What would be the difference for a regular non power lift gate?

Thanks - very helpful! Lift gate wouldn't open with button on the handle or inside the door. It would open with the button above the dash with the key fob. $12 part (new door handle switch) and 30 minutes to fix using this video.
