What about the 2006 model 300C? It has those stupid HID lamps as the main light. I can't find replacement light assembly, will it socket in just the same?

That was a C. The base madeley doesnt have foglamps. I know I own a base and a C

It doesn't make any sense to have to go through all of this to change a headlight assembly. Two hours for a 30 minute job. These are extremely nice cars but old school rule!

I have an 06 300C with the factory projector headlights. The bulb gives off a very dull color. I was looking to replace them with LED or HID. However I went to remove the bulb to find theres some sort of ring held by 3 screws around the bulb housing. I checked a bunch of KZbin videos and I haven't seen anyone with this issue. The screws are badly corroded. I tried turning the bulb housing to remove but it seems like the ring is applying pressure to the housing. I tried removing the rubber boot around it to get a better look and there's no way around it. Have anyone come across this issue? I was thinking of just snapping the bolts off or breaking the ring but I don't want to mess up the housing. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

What is the connector at the top of the rear of the headlight for? Ive seen it on my own car but dont know what it is for. There are connections for indicator light, low beam and high beam but there is a fourth connection!? Im perplexed!

Dude you can do it from inside the hood you don't have to take off the front bumper and front the driver side you only need to remove the air filter box

These are only listed to replace the 300c with projection style headlights. We have a set for non-projection style with halogen bulbs: 1ALHP00485. +king droski
