ലൂമിനസിൻ്റെ ബോർഡിന് transformer ൽ നിന്ന് Board ലേക്ക് Connecter ഉണ്ട് , NU , Low , High എന്ന്. ബോർഡ് മാറ്റിയപ്പോൾ Relay മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ . അപ്പോൾ എങ്ങിനാ Connection കൊടുക്കുക?

Whether wire used for winding is Cu or Al can, to some extend, be determined by taking the weight of the transformer. By just peeling of the enamel coating, alone will not hold any water, as the winder can use Al wire midway which is very difficult to find out.

ഇതിൽ ട്രാൻസ്‌ഫോർമറിന്റെ സെക്കന്ററി കണക്ഷനിൽ രണ്ട് 12v+ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ. അത്‌ ബോർഡിലുള്ള രണ്ട് ഹീറ്റ് സിങ്കുകളിൽ ആയി കണക്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിന് പോളാരിറ്റി ഉണ്ടോ, ഇത് രണ്ടും അതിൽ ഇന്നേത് എന്നില്ലാതെ കണക്ട് ചെയ്യാമോ?

No polarity both are +12v but in some cases you may have to interchange them for proper battery charging other wise the inverter may not switch to charging. Properly understand the connections before assembling a inverter a mistake could damage the board for ever.

the most expensive to replacement that the solar company did not let’s the customers knows about it is the inverters electronic circuits board if it over used the maximum wattage sometimes it’s just blows it’s brains out I guess for a 6k watts inverters to replaced 20years a go it’s cost $20k dollars maybe I’m right or maybe I’m wrong
