For any pregnant women or future moms watching this.... I was very fit pre pregnancy and despite my best efforts to eat healthy during pregnancy, I experienced insatiable hunger to the point where I didn’t want to eat but I had to. I didn’t cut out gluten, sugar or coffee and I had a perfectly healthy baby on the smaller side, my entire labour and birth was only 9 hours long with very minimal tearing, and I didn’t have an epidural or other pain management. I’m not saying that food and exercise are not important during pregnancy and really all stages of life, but there is so much pressure on pregnant women to be *perfect* and it’s totally unnecessary and underestimates how intelligent and capable your body is at creating life.

I was re-watching one of your old Q&A’s and there was a question of what you would ask your future self. Your answer was you wanted to know if you’d find that person could have a family with and share a life with. If only that Kylie could see your life now. So happy for you! You and Guido are going to be such amazing parents. As an aside, my name is Matthew or Mateo as my Italian father calls me. If you haven’t chosen a name for the baby, that’s a good option. It means Gift from God. Just saying. Haha

The pain of giving birth IS indescribeable...but... you will know EXACTLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO WHEN YOUR TIME COMES!!! so ENJOY the last trimester, it is truly a most significant event in your life... you and hubby are precious and your baby is too. I remember when I was pregnant I was so scared of giving birth. Then I realized that women had been giving birth since the dawn of time, many in circumstances that weren’t even ideal. I remember thinking, why am I stressing out? I’d be in a state of the art hospital surrounded by competent medical doctors and staff. Knowing that, reassured me everything would be alright and it did, thank God. Rest up and take it easy! Don’t worry about having to upload. We completely understand. Your baby comes first. ❤️

I think your healthy lifestyle, how peaceful and beautiful your surroundings are, and the love of your husband and family have a great deal to do with you not having a lot of the problems most women have with their pregnancies. Continued good health to the three of you! ❤

I appreciate that you're open about being 'conservative' on a few things regarding pregnancy. I feel like a lot of people think that it's being unfair to people who are looser with their lifestyle but from what I've observed, women who take a more conservative approach have healthier pregnancies and babies. This is just my own observation though, of course.

I had my first and only baby at 35 yr old. Being an “older” mother is fabulous!! I had traveled and LIVED an exciting life. I was then totally ready to move into the motherhood chapter in my life. You are about to experience the highest highs and occasionally the lowest lows you’ve ever know. A baby will teach you all about your self. It’s wonderful 💗 My “baby” will leave for university next month. I will move into my next chapter 😉 Congratulations Kylie. You will see just how sweet life can be for you and Guido 💙 👶🏼💙

You are giving your baby a wonderful foundation by starting his beautiful life in the healthiest way possible.I did the same when I had my son and as a result I had a healthy baby (5 lbs. 4 ounces) as well as an easy birth (19 minutes!). Your son is truly blessed to be raised by two extraordinary and caring parents!! 💕💕😊🌸

Dear girl, You are absolutely glowing with the baby glow! You’re so beautiful! You are a healthy young woman and you will hopefully be able to cool down and find rest during this time. I know what you mean by being a hot person because I’ve always been a very warm woman also. I had one baby girl and was sick with the “morning sickness” until my very last day’s. I was thin and small and my baby was an 8 pounder. I weighed 90 pounds the day I left the hospital after giving birth. I nursed my girl for 6 weeks and wished I’d nursed her longer but I had such pain and she never seemed to get satisfied. She’s a beautiful 53 year old mother of 4 marvelous young men. It’s such a gift from God that He gives us the honor to raise one of His little one’s. Bless you and your amazing husband. May God continue to richly bless you all. I love your video’s and find them all just beautiful and inspiring! Thank you! 🤗🤗❤️❤️🙏🙏

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Stop stressing about the need to respond to every message you get from your KZbin viewers and instead just focus on enjoying your pregnancy and time with your loved ones. Your sharing your life in Tuscany is more than enough for many viewers. Each time I watch your videos, I recall a wonderful trip to Italy and Tuscany with a dear friend who has since passed on to the spirit world. We had a such a great time hiking through Tuscany. They're good memories. Anytime you feel stressed just step out your front door and take in the beauty of your surroundings.

I got married at 17 and Pregnant a month after marriage. I studied for 9 months about nutrition and natural childbirth and being pregnant and took Lamaze classes I had a home birth with a midwife. This was a 1975. My parents were driving a thousand miles to be there so the morning I was due I ran with my dogs to bring on labor which it did. I had contractions for 22 and a half hours but I only had to lay down for the last 2 hours. Then I went to a birthing chair and it was magical and perfect and my daughter came out pink and rosie. The lighting was dim and quiet and it was beautiful. Because my Midwife used a special oil to stretch my perineum I only tore a tiny tiny bit. It was not too difficult. I had my Midwife who coached me was breathing. My daughter was 7 lb 12 oz. She is 46 now and I am 65. And she is my best friend! Children are such a blessing! You can do it kylie! You will go through this easily.

It's so wonderful that now there is so much more information about calm birthing, and preparing oneself for fertility, the pregnancy and a birth not based in fear. My daughter had her baby two years ago and she made such excellent effort to read all she could about her own health, the baby's while in utero and birthing with a midwife and doula... books similar to what you're reading. Her birth plan did not turn out as she planned for several reasons but she and her very supportive partner did the best they could under the circumstances, it was covid and I was not allowed in the hospital, where they eventually had to go for a c-section. You're doing so well, Kylie, I look forward to the next segment!

When I was pregnant in 2020, I went through a phase where I felt very unmotivated to get things done and felt a inner emptiness even though I felt happy to be pregnant at the same time. This was the time I discovered your channel and it really worked wonders. I have mentioned it before- the poems and the cinematic videos (Rome being my all time favourite) felt so magical. I can only imagine that a lot of other viewers have a similar outcome after watching your videos- redecorating your own space- making everything more beautiful, seeing the beauty in details all around you, starting to appreciate baking, thinking about how it would be like living in italy and sometimes I even catch myself biting my lips- thats when I know I should stop watching too much Kylie videos and switching it up once in a while.

I too had a “black hole” of a first trimester with my first. It was ~14 weeks of suffering that i can laugh about now but felt like absolute torture then. I good friend of mine reminded me I could see it in a spiritual light as the death of my maiden self/previous life. I leaned into the challenge after that and just accepted it, as you say, breathing and existing in it. I can say now, having had an unmedicated birth at home and raising her into toddlerhood, that the first trimester was by far the hardest part (in my experience). I enjoyed every other bit - the huge belly and aches and pains and loved giving birth, ring of fire and all. The first trimester taught me true strength. I proved to myself I had it. I carried that into labor and my birth as a mother.

Kylie, every pregnancy is different. Having confidence to listen to your body is very helpful. It comes down to having a healthy mother, healthy baby, and as few of complications during all 9 months. I believe that most subscribers just want the best for you, Guido, and your baby. Life is so precious, this is a beautiful time for you both, just live in the moment, and ask the Lord to be your provider every day. Even a stranger like me can pray for you. God loves you both.... all 3 of you. That is the most important thing to remember.💝

Some advice if you don’t know it already -- immediately after the baby is born and the cord has not been cut yet ( no worries, that gets done) you put the baby on the nipple to latch on because the sucking kick starts the hormones that help the placenta to release and exit the body safely 😁👍😊

Thank you for sharing this beautiful story of your 1st 2 trimesters. You're getting closer and closer to seeing your little one! When I was pregnant with my first child I knew that it was so important to eat heathy foods, along with exercise and practicing meditation and breathing techniques. My mother encouraged me, she always told me that childbirth was a beautiful thing and to never fear giving birth. My husband and I went to natural childbirth classes and we learned so much. I continued on my own to practice everyday with my breathing techniques and when it came time to the challenges of going through the labor I was very prepared and knew I had a very challenging job ahead of time. It paid off, it all fell into place. It was a very happy moment when I gave birth to our beautiful little girl. I love following your journey, you are such an inspiration to women all over the world.

You live your life in a way that is so natural and best for you. I love that. I have issues with hormones. My Thyroid is genetic. Hypothyroidism! I do take medication now and I eat food in order. ie: food that takes less time to digest, first. I cut out sugar. I am no longer drinking espresso. sometimes I have a coffee with milk. I quit smoking 30 years ago. I am like you in just stopping something. Not trying to wean it . I stopped smoking while I was on location on a really difficult job. I didn't have time to stop and think about smoking. Two weeks into my cold turkey, I came home from work and realized I wasn't craving them any more. I never looked back on smoking. I had my daughters when I was 20 & 22 years old. When I was pregnant with my youngest in 2006, there were Rice Krispies commercials that were so beautiful, in black and white, with a mom and her child eating cereal at the table. Cried my eyes out every time I watched them!!! 😂🤦‍♀️ But that was the extent of me being emotional! You know your body better than anyone and you seem to be very in tune with it and all of its sensitivities. Sometimes you can't get to all of your tasks bc you are tending to yourself, and now the baby 😊, and that's exactly what u need to keep doing. You're a tough woman too and I think you're doing great 👍 I pray for you, Guido and the safe delivery of your little one! The love that you and Guido will soon know will truly be remarkable ✨💖 Pregnancy definitely has it's struggles and discomforts. But the human body is so amazing and so strong. It will adjust. It will recover. And the reward in the end...will bring you a lifetime of pure love from heaven above! Take care. Warm hugs from Chicago! 😘🌻

Your joy here is so palpable, Kylie. It’s wonderful to see. The link between caffeine and decreased fertility for both men and women definitely surprised me. I’m a thirty-three (almost thirty-four) year old doctoral student who drinks coffee, tea, and energy drinks pretty consistently. While I’m a long ways away from being in a relationship (much less being married and having kids), I know that I definitely want a family someday, even if I’ll be a bit on the older side. I really dread the idea of cutting out caffeine, and I especially need it on days that I go to the gym or on days where I have a particularly heavy workload. That said, if my caffeine intake could potentially be harming my ability to have children, maybe I should eliminate it, or at least drastically reduce it. All my love to you, Guido, and the little one soon to join you! ❤️

Kylie, you sincerely are glowing in this third trimester. I wish you much good rest and calm during the next few months. I had my last baby in September and it's a lovely time of year. I bought myself a child's swimming pool and would sit in it in my backyard whilst my other two children played. It was a glorious time, even though I still look back on it and wonder what my neighbours thought. Never mind, however, as my baby boy was healthy and happy. I wish the same for you. Your instincts are the very best things to follow and I feel that you are very wise to listen to them. We women have all the wisdom we need as long as we allow it. Take good care of yourself and lots of love 💕

Dear Kylie, I am so happy that you and your baby are having a healthy pregnancy. You have given a wise talk and so much of it resonates with me as being aspects that I have followed. Although I have had my children, many will benefit. It is so important to have conversations. Well done. Thank you for devoting the time and energy to your artwork for us subscribers. God bless your final weeks. The joy in holding your son will be like no other and the memories will stay present your entire life. You will be amazing parents.

I am so happy for you! I have not been able to watch your videos since the winter time. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I decided to sell my house and down size. With that being said I am in the process of working and moving so for the first time in a long time I got the chance to finally sit a bit a check out your video. I had morning sickness for 6 mo. when I was pregnant with my daughter. when that passed i got to enjoy the last process of just feeling her move and kick. I so enjoyed being a Mom! Please take care of yourself and do what is right for you!

Congratulations! Love to you ❤ 💕 and your family! Just relax, enjoy and think how blessed you are. During my pregnancy, eating green apples helped me with my morning sickness. You are beautiful and smart. Everything yoy did in your life prepared you for this baby. Just relax and breathe 😌. You remind me of myself when I was pregnant. Stop worrying and listen to your own body.

My dear Kylie what a beautiful video. Full of wonderful, truthful and positive information. You are simply amazing, beautiful inside and out. The most beautiful experience in my life was being pregnant with my one and only son who is now 47. When he moved on Easter Sunday it was a flutter at first and I was in Awe. When he you both was born and placed in my arms it was the most amazing feeling in life and wonder, my heart was overcome with joy and love. I unfortunately did not experience a natural birth but had a c- section due to a birth canal way too narrow. You are so open and honest, a breath of fresh air. It is yours and Guidos story in life, but so generous of you to share your journey. I love you both which is amazing in itself since we’ve never met. I wish you the most wonderful life and look so forward to meeting this lovely little boy. Please take your time and take care. We will always be here for you all. No one is more important than your family. God bless you all.❤️❤️❤️😘🤗💫🙏

I had 3 children. I really believe in mind over matter. Being prepared mentally pays off and, for me, La Maze classes were the key. The knowledge of childbirth and what to expect eased my mind. I told myself to go with the flow. You will do great.

I get the hot blooded thing and the lack of clothes thing. Lol! My pregnancy was so easy. My birthing process was terrible. So weird! Didn’t expect that and everyone was shocked. It all turned out well, just couldn’t have my son naturally and that’s ok. I wish you the best. You have done so well with regards to taking care of yourself and there are so many benefits to doing so. Don’t feel guilty for reaping the rewards. Everyone has different struggles. I do appreciate your compassion for others circumstances. You are a kind and loving soul! Have a fab week.

Dear Kylie, I really appreciate your videos and I am looking forward to see the next one every week. Today you are talking about your feelings during the pregnancy. I have three children and was pregnant four times, once I had a miscarriage. Every one of the pregnancies were different. The fourth time I felt like being on a ship during the first two months, I just couldn't do anything, I just felt sick all the time but I couldn't womit. I felt like I couldn't breathe, couldn't get any fresh air. It was just terrible. Then I went to Finland to my mother, where we all spent Christmas. The air was fresh, it was cold outside and finally I started to feel better. When we returned to Bavaria I felt normal again. I just wanted to tell you this. Love you, Heidi Sono molto felice di poter ascoltare le vostre notizie in inglese e italiano. E specialmente sono contenta che la nonna di tuo marito e svedese. Sono di lingua materna svedese.

Dear dear Kylie, your vlog along with Nicki Positano's vlog have gotten me through the challenging months/years of Covid 19. For 15 months I was not allowed to visit with my husband in long term care (he has dementia) due to Covid 19. Concern and anxiety over his health and wellbeing were always at the top of my thoughts. Thankfully your Friday vlogs and Nicki's Sunday vlogs got me through all of these challenging times. Please please please, always put your health and wellbeing first before anything else. I love your vlogs and look forward to them with relish. My sincerest best wishes to you and Guido and the birth of your wonderful soon to be new born child.

Dearest Helen, I also have been thankful to both Kylie and Nicki for helping me get through these challenging times whilst caring for my partner who had Alzheimer's disease. I am relatively young to have had a partner/husband with this condition. We had been in love for just under 36 years, and shared a son. We had him at home with us much longer than most, according to the wonderful staff at the care facility. He passed away in hospital in May...in his sleep...with both of us by his side. My heart goes out to you Helen. You are stronger than you think, but please be kind to yourself and practice self-care every day. All I can say is don't hesitate to ask or accept assistance when it is needed and offered, no matter how big or small. I know that even when in care, your deep concern for your dearsest persists constantly, every day & night. Knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel, is of course both bitter and sweet. There is no shame in having an immense sense of relief when this journey ends. You will know that you have done as much as humanly possible. One other way I coped was by attending my local aquatic centre; doing gentle exercise, stretching and floating (using buoyancy devices) in the warm water rehab pool. I still continue to do so as much as possible, and feell much better physically and mentally afterwards I only look back at the past when it is happy memories. I am OK now and I promise you will be too. Find the beauty in everyday things, find humour where you can and have gratitude for the positive things. I applaud your bravery and compassion. Much love to you, your husband and family. 👱‍♀️❤

I too follow Kylie and Nicki and as I live alone until we were allowed to be in a bubble with family it gave me something to look forward to and still do. My father was in a care home and I wasn’t allowed to visit and after 4 months he passed . As he was blind and partially deaf and suffered from a bleed on the brain there was no way of communicating with him apart from writing a letter for someone to try and explain. We all did as we were told and now feel perhaps there should have been away of doing it. So sorry you weren’t allowed to see your husband all that time . Thank you Kylie for bringing us together, you will be fine try to enjoy your pregnancy and not over worry.
