@@ExGanonMain No? It's a mechanic in the game. You fly around the map in the overworld by soaring on Latias or Latios. You find these wormholes or space-time cracks in the sky that house Pokemon, which can be Legendaries. Some of them were version exclusives. So you can only get Palkia in Omega Ruby, while you get Dialga in Alpha Sapphire. I believe you also only get one of each legendary that's in the games? And for certain Pokemon, you do need another trigger. For Dialga and Palkia, you need onen of the Lake Gaurdians in your aprty (Azelf, Uxie, Mesprit). Lots of steps, but it wasn't an event. It was just...in the game. I'm sure there probabaly was an event that gave away a Palkia. I'm not sure. Wouldn't be surprised. Event were thrown all over the place back then, lol
