At 28 weeks, I didn't do the workout, but it came up just as I was about to start my cardio on the elliptical, so I followed along, pushing myself during the working sets, and getting a dose of motivation from Ashley to push myself out of my comfort zone as an athlete, mom, wife and Christian. Also, I've been using coconut oil since my first baby (I'm on number 4!), and it really works! Personally, I love the prenatal pilates and mobility workouts best- thank you Ashley!

Not pregnant yet (recently had an ectopic pregnancy and my fallopian tube ruptured because of it) but hoping to be soon, so might as well start doing these workouts to get in routine!! Plus I know your workouts are always the BEST Ashley!!!

I'm so, so sorry to hear about your ectopic pregnancy and your fallopian tube rupturing because of it. I have not been through what you have endured, so I cannot begin to image your heart ache. The same thing happened to one of my best friends and it was so hard on her physically and emotionally, it still is. She has since delivered her 3rd baby now though. If I were in your shoes right now (balancing your female hormones, getting your abs and core as tight and toned, want to be fit but not over-do it) I'd follow the 10 Minute Plan. If you watch my "TTC or Got Pregnant" video on youtube, I share about how so many glowbodypt women have reported getting pregnant on the 10 Minute Plan, far beyond any other of my programs. If you do get pregnant, that same youtube video gives you specific guidance on what to do and when to be safe.

I very similarly thought I was done at 3 and God gave me the desire to have another. I got my positive result today! I, like you, got rid of all my maternity gear. I won’t be buying a whole lot either. There’s so much that can be used all the way through pregnancy so I’m looking forward to getting creative. Thank you for sharing your conviction! I would be so interested in seeing a video, if you’re up to it, of what clothes you wear as your precious blessing grows! Tips to dressing without maternity clothes 😄

Leah congrats testing positive today with your 4th baby!!!! I'm smiling over here for you. Praise the Lord! I'll definitely need to buy maternity tops (my stomach gets fairly extreme) and a few other essentials, but I will be more minimal this time around and that could be a really intriguing, thoughtful video later on to get into consumerism and buying mindset.

I'm not pregnant, but had subscribed because I have a lot of pregnant friends and have been sending them your info as a resource! Ive been really sick the last two years, so I've also been really sedintary. I thought I'd give this a try because, surely, it eould be easy since it's for pregnant ladies!? So glad you loved this one Hailey! Any organic coconut oil will do -- I shop Aldi so that's the brand I use then I transfer it to a cute glass jar for my bedstand and outside the shower. : )

Anne, congrats on prayerfull hoping to be blessed with number 2 soon! I'll be updating the Free Prenatal Program when I get time -- it'll be a few months for sure. Until then, know that you can do all of these in the early weeks of pregnancy safely.
