Just finished! Almost #33 weeks here and it felt so good to get moving but I didn't feel like I was pushing too hard where it didn't feel safe. Seriously her workouts are so awesome! I ventured out last week and did a different pregnancy workout and I literally couldn't walk because my back and hips were soo sore. Not like good sore, like painful I did something wrong sore. Her workouts are so safe and effective! Love you Ashely! Thank you for all that you do!!

Hi Ashley.. I downloaded the prenatal plan but I’m confuse on how it works. Like on the 8weeks on Monday it says get ride of muffin top.. what does that mean and many others that I’m not sure about.... can you explain a little more on it please..

@@verognosis Hi! So I'm obviously not ashley but for the calendar she has, whatever it's labeled, click on it and it's hyperlinked to that workout. So for "get rid of muffin top," click on that title and it should pull up the video she made with it. Some other things like "cardio for 30min" is something she recommends for you to do that day on your own. Hope that helps and all the best to you!!!

28 weeks here. This workout made me feel like I can do it- life with two other kids and grow another lil one. I feel stronger this pregnancy. Ashley, you push me and there are times were you'd hear me say "you have got to be kidding me" when you tell me what is next. Then you throw in such encouragement and challenge that I can't help but push through and keep at it. Thank you. Like SERIOUSLY Thank you! Oh and my three year old loves seeing your kids and dogs whenever they pop on.

22 weeks with a history of back injury! This workout is amazing. Since starting your prenatal program in week 12, I have slowly built strength in my back for the first time in years. I can finally do the bent over/lunge rows without major support. 🥳 This is the only plan that has ever motivated me. I work out more pregnant than I did before! Can't wait to welcome baby number two, which is why I'm doing the program. To gain the mental and physical strength to have a baby and toddler. Thank you!

Elyse, to hear you are 22 weeks along and exercising more consistently than you did when you weren't pregnant is amazing! And to have LESS BACK PAIN when you're over halfway through pregnancy, while taking care of a toddler, is pretty unheard of- my heart is so full for you. You have earned it. At almost 12 weeks pregnant with my fifth baby, I finally feel well enough and the motivation to workout. This was the perfect full body workout I needed to slowly work my way back into things. I loved the single side work.

People kept acting like I was crazy for all of the strength training I’ve been doing but at your stage it’s the best thing to get your muscles ready to carry all of the extra weight that’s coming without the aches and pains. Think of it as your bulk phase!

I never leave comments but man, I absolutely loved this workout. Currently 32 weeks and throughout my pregnancy I have dearly missed my more intense workouts. I feel empowered right now, it was the perfect amount of work, time and intensity for my current stage of pregnancy and I only wish I had found your channel earlier!! I’m 54 weeks postpartum and I missed glowbody workouts so I did this one. It’s great! Even if you’re not pregnant! I could get in a workout and the dishes while baby napped 👍👍👍

This might be my all-time favorite GlowBodyPT pregnancy workout! Strength is my favorite way to train, and I love that I can cover the entire body in under 30 minutes without having to jump from video to video. The 35-second intervals are perfect--long enough to feel a burn, short enough that I can push myself for the full interval. Plus I love having the countdown in the corner to track progress! This one reminds me a lot of my favorite FitnessBlender workout videos that I did pre-pregnancy.

This has been one of my absolute favourite workout videos for the past few weeks. Currently 35 weeks pregnant and consistently doing evening workouts to lower my blood glucose levels for gestational diabetes. I am 27 weeks and pregnant with my fourth baby. I didn't discover you until my third pregnancy, but you helped me so much. With your help i was able to have a healthy weight gain and drop a little over 80 lbs. afterwards. Now i hoping for the same this time around. You are awesome!

In the beginning of my pregnancy I started trying to work out regularly, but things got away from me pretty quickly. Today I’m 22wks along and decided enough is enough. I’m tired of making excuses. I first skimmed through this workout, got a little nervous about some of the moves and the intensity, but once I sucked it up and started, I realized I CAN DO THIS!! I even took it easy with my weight choices, but next time I’ll be going up in my weight! You mamas can do this! In my 22weeks I’ve gained almost 35lbs, and this was still doable on a level that makes me proud of myself. Thank you for the confidence boost and availability of these workouts, Ashley! I loved this workout! The timing of each set is perfect. I'm always surprised at how capable I am when following your workouts. Your comments about preparing your body for a safe delivery are always heartening - my first child was an emergency c-section followed by a scheduled c-section for my 2nd baby 14 months later. I'm doing everything I can do to be as fit/healthy as possible to attempt a vbac (including doing your 12 week postpartum plan and 10-minute plan between my second and third pregnancies!). I'm feeling confident! Thank you, thank you!

Thank you so much for the confidence you are giving back to pregnant women. Still, many are told to completely stop any sort of activity exceeding walks, even though they and their babies are perfectly healthy. Fortunately I have a great midwife, which encourages me to stay active, to eventually modify and adapt and to listen to my body. To me self-determination seems to be especially important during pregnancy, since we are going to have to be strong and functional - something you mentioned in this workout. Therefore, your workouts and your encouraging words mean a lot to me. All the best!

I have been using the free prenatal training schedule and have liked it so far, it really does take the guess work out of what to do. I also love videos - not just list of exercises - so this is a great calendar and program. I really liked this workout. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and am so happy to have workouts that are safe for me to do during my pregnancy. I want to stay active during my pregnancy and appreciate all that you are doing for all of the mommies to be - new and veterans! :) Amber

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and suffered from SPD my previous pregnancies, especially with my first as I became disabled the last 4 weeks. I love your workouts as they make me feel empowered and best, I have zero pain. I feel stronger and happy to be more active for my toddlers. wow this is my favorite workout yet!! I have been fully doing her program from 17 weeks after I discovered her. I am currently 22 weeks and I feel amazing. Pregnant with first baby and I know I will continue with her for all my pregnancies in the future. I have not felt this good in a long time. I love how motivational, educated, and challenging her workouts are. So thankful for her and her plans that leave me with no stress and feeling strong ❤

Thank you for this great workout! Exercise the last few years has just been looking after my 3-under-4… but now 22 weeks pregnant with number 4, I am loving being intentional with movement to look after me and be the best mum I can. Even if you are late to the game and haven’t exercised like this before, Ashley’s workouts are so doable and worth the effort!!!

Hey Ashley! I’ve been following this video and others since early second trimester. I’m 30 weeks now, feel INCREDIBLE, and have increased my weights consistently from 4lb, 7lbs, 10lbs, to now 15lbs. I did your workouts throughout my pregnancy and am continuing now being 4 months PP. They’re the perfect intensity for me with the little sleep I am currently getting without deterring me from working out all together. Thank you for what you do!!! You are a blessing!!

Love this one! 34 weeks with baby no. 5. Ashley’s free prenatal program is amazing and I have loved keeping up with the videos to feel strong and capable while looking after/chasing our four littles (ages 7-3) and preparing for our next little one! 😅

This is my fav exercise video on all of youtube i’m 30 weeks and still looking for a challenge when i feel up to it and this is the only one that really give me that without hurting me or being to slow and mellow.

Ladies, I just cannot rave enough about this woman and the obvious care she puts into these videos. I keep recommending to friends because it's been a life-saver! This is my first pregnancy and I had no idea what I could or couldn't do to workout. I didn't know if I was going to hurt my baby or myself with continued types of cardio or weightlifting. In the first trimester I felt so sick anyway and felt so discouraged with back pain. I actually gained too much weight bc of not working out for 3months n only eating starchy foods haha. Then Ashley came along and I look forward to her plan every day! It's motivating, challenging, simple and quick. I am 28weeks and my OB said I'm doing great and super healthy! I can do lunges, run and feel myself again. It's empowering and instead of trudging through this pregnancy, I'm literally skipping! Of course, several months and growing to go but I am SO thankful for this blessing! Thank you Ashley, keep it up ladies! You got this (even on the tough days)!!! :D

OMG I'll be 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow and this is what I've been searching for! It went very quickly, it was very well organized, I knew when I was resting and when I was working. I loved the intensity! I have been getting bored with the other videos I was watching because it was too easy and didn't get my heart pumping. I want to feel my heart pumping without doing cardio and this did it! Can't wait to check out your other videos and get that free plan too.

I love Ashley’s workouts! This was the first one I found a couple weeks ago and I’m hooked. Like she says in this video, it has been hard for me to find pregnancy safe workouts that are also challenging. I would do this workout when I’m not pregnant too! I’m 23 weeks now and going strong since starting at Ashley’s videos at 21 weeks.

I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and have been doing a 20-30 min workout from you after every meal. It’s the only thing that gets my blood sugar down (walks the nutritionist recommended don’t work for me)! 31 weeks and I feel GREAT - I don’t think I’ve felt this fit ever.

I dont usually leave comments but I'm sooo happy with this workout and youtube channel! Loved every exercise and got a really good sweat. I'm usually not a fan of talking during workouts- i find them a little distracting and often times annoying but not this one!
