I subscribed because we Apex Addicts need to support each other. There are many subtle upgrades on this gen vs the pre 2011. Such things as seat height and possibly phone density. Another welcome one is the handwarmers. Older version took forever to warm up and weren't that impressive. I find I have to turn them way down now. The engine upgrades are numerous to gain the 12 hp. I suggest watching any KZbin videos you can regarding the Apex. There are some from snowtrax magazine that are particularly informative and entertaining. One claims the throttle response is "crispy like bacon". I most definitely conduct !!! Beautiful pup btw. She's trying her best to gain camera time ! Enjoy the Apex ! You will only regret the purchase if you get it stuck. Avoid that at all cost. With that in mind, you may wanna bring the shovel. LOL

The ECU on the first gen is located just below and forward of the battery bracket.

Once you start making videos riding the sleds you are gonna gain more subscribers. I got an apex for this winter and I have just been waiting on some snow to get out riding. Mine is running a team secondary clutch but besides that it appears to be stock. Have a good riding season
