Same, I eat healthy 1 month and junk for 3 months ... so annoying and so difficult to control ! that s actually the only reason why i m fat : food.

I was gonna ask the same thing. :) I am in Barcelona, and wanted to set up a small gym on our terrace but we do get quite some rain here. So you don't use any type of a cover for them?

I finally realized it doesn’t matter what I eat, as long as I’m in a calorie deficit. I’m VERY excited and happy. Lose weight eating the things I love 😌

I just watched a video that dived into why you should eat before or right after a workout that it doesn’t matter, and those protein shakes don’t matter. To introduce intermediate fasting, rest, hydration, high protein low carb.

Tried your lunch recipe for dinner since I had leftover rice. At first I was sceptical about the avocado/rice/yoghurt dressing pairing, but it's actually really good! Will definetly make again!

This is a really personale question - do you get your regular cycle or have you ever had problems with your period? You are so lean and look still really healthy. But if I would have your body fat percentage I wouldn't get my period I think :/ Please let me know if you ever had issues with that? :) xxx

How do you help yourself if you are starving in between the dishes? Do you have a alltime-saver on the go? That would be sooo helpfull. I have a long drive to my office and I need something in case of an emergency in my purse.

For the workout portion of this video.... how many times a week do you do this? The hardest part for me was going to the gym after work EVERY DAY it was not enjoyable and ultimately I stopped

I don’t like coffee either. I typically just have hot water during cold mornings. But today I opted for hot chocolate. Each Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate packet is only 90 Kcal. You could also opt for a tea if you prefer that. I personally like Mint Green Tea and sometimes have that in the morning instead of water.

I already subscribed for the challenge. I'll give it a go to see what sort of change I make with my body. Currently, I've been focusing only on mantaining my weight since I tend to loose weight quite easily, which means I also loose muscle very easily :'(....So Lets See!
