I just watched a video that dived into why you should eat before or right after a workout that it doesn’t matter, and those protein shakes don’t matter. To introduce intermediate fasting, rest, hydration, high protein low carb.

This is a really personale question - do you get your regular cycle or have you ever had problems with your period? You are so lean and look still really healthy. I don’t like coffee either. I typically just have hot water during cold mornings. But today I opted for hot chocolate. Each Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate packet is only 90 Kcal. You could also opt for a tea if you prefer that. I personally like Mint Green Tea and sometimes have that in the morning instead of water.
