Complaining can be defined as presenting a problem without any solution and a man does not complain . Legendary words dude .

Fantastic video and advice - one of the best. I’d advise to watch but here’s the summary points. 14 rules of masculinity 1. Never let anyone know your vulnerabilities 2. If you say you’re going to do something - do it. 3. Composure - stay composed/calm in situations. It’s better to make good decisions than overreact 4. Don’t make decisions based on emotion 5. Don’t date or have kids until you can provide 6. Don’t complain. 7. Make sure no one has any leverage over you over any area of life - get yourself to a situation where you are not dependent on anybody in any area of your life. 8. Routine and boredom gets results. So get used to them 9. No benefit to destroying your body 10. Perception is more powerful than you thought. Use it. 11. Your woman is your biggest influence. Choose wisely - your social circle is your second - be ruthless 12. Don’t over think 13. You decide your lifestyle and you decide your life habits 14. Stop trying to seek other people’s approval.

this video is really good. the advice is amazing. if you was to actually stop and listen instead of consuming 10 videos per day, and watched this one and really put the advice to use you would make so much more progress in your next few years and life in general if you kept living with these tenants in play. great video!

Hi Kris, this video is quite fanstatic, I have listen to the end, although some of the begining are quite challengening. But at the end it encourage me a lot. You're like my uncle's vibe, but with more compassion, life knowledgement and not to much aggressive toward me

Great backdrop and lighting, it shocks me that content quality is so far removed from viewership. You deserve all the praise 1stMan.

Loved the video. Hey Kris, you talked about presenting yourself to the world in the best possible way. The previous video talked about living frugal and saving as much money as possible. Since taking care of yourself (being well groomed, well dressed, having a skincare routine, etc) is usually expensive, how am I supposed to save the money? Lately I’ve been sacrificing that type of stuff so that I can save more money, not sure if I’m doing the right thing.

I disagree with the 1st rule to a degree. Yeah you shouldn't be telling everyone your problems but finding at least one person to confide in and vent helps a lot. Just isolating yourself and not getting help doesn't sound like a good idea to me. No wonder there's a men's crisis
