Do you have a recomendation for a MATLAB routine that would be applied for interference on a material , where the epsilon and mu values are subject for diffraction. That is to say I would like to see dependency of diffraction character. w.r.t. coincidence angle , polarizatioon, freq. of EM wave as well as thickness, mu and epsilon of the target material???

There are different API's to use. I recently switched to this one: github.com/hgiddenss/CST_App There is plenty of functions and explanations how to use it.
