Remembered this workout, and searched it out as part of my journey to recovery after being injured (kicked by a horse). Today was supposed to be a walk, but the weather is YUK so this was great. Thanks.

THIS WAS AWESOME!!!!! I actually felt like I needed a bit more though, so I added some jumping/hopping and then did one more round of the ten movements as well. It was absolutely great! I honestly thought it wasn't going to be this sweaty!!!

PJ, I absolutely loved this workout. What a fun cardio session that was very low impact on the knees (which I especially needed this week after taking a week off to rice an aggravated knee). Sweaty - yes! Endorphins pumped - yes! Knees feel good - yes! Thank you 💜

This was awesome!!!! I turned my music up I played everything from electro swing, to heavy metal, classic rock and some pop. Didn't have to think, just summer good ole classic moves they get the heart rate up in a way that doesn't injure anything. I paired it with your 10 min stability ball abs and your newest mobility workout. Was an awesome end to my work day!!!! Thank you so much

Loved this♥️ I’ve been working out for 20 years with workout dvds that were mostly HIIT. Nearing 50 now and my joints just need slower strength and cardio moves in order to keep me healthy enough to be able to consistently workout 5-6 days a week. I think consistency is my key going forward and accepting that I’m not the girl who started this journey 20 years ago. Thank you!

PJ- I 💕 💗 ❤️ LOVED 🥰 LOVED this workout! I don’t have a weighted vest- so, you went on ‘pause’ while I ran to get my old backpack 🎒. I put an 8lb weight in the bottom & another 8 lb n the top compartment. Strapped in & I was ready to meet this fun, intense workout. By the way, my backpack never shifted. Perfect. Excellent walking workout. I own several of the popular walking programs dvds (and VHS tapes) and this one is definitely top tier! I haven't used my weighted vest in a few years and it really ramped up the walk! I've added it to my playlist and will go look for your longer walking video as well.

A great way to end a long day. Saw this post on Patreon and gave it a try. I came home tired and now I'm charged up again! I had Steely Dan greatest hits playing and it worked well with the rhythm of the workout. I am definitely going to do this one more often.

I added this on after a step workout and wore my 12 lb. weighted vest for both workouts (also had music at 140 bpm for both workouts). This was awesome PJ, and yes please to more walking workouts! And as for those super dancey, complex, choreographed workouts- not my thing at all- gotta keep it simple ;)

Really enjoyed this walk workout. My fav line was when you said something to the effect of 'walk like you are late for meeting your buds for a beer'... I started running (in place).. Not kidding, lol!!

That was great! I do a lot of walking workouts and yours kept my heart rate up more than some of the others out there on KZbin. I’m also working through some low back and ischial tendinitis and this was totally fine for that. Thank you!

TY PJ! This walking cardio was GREAT ! I don’t think a weight vest would be adequate for me as I have escoliosis and shoulder problems which could be aggravated with pressure on top ; do you agree ? ❤️🙏

OMG so loved this cardio workout and would seriously like to see more. Not sure if the weight vest would work for me as I am eighty something lbs and it may pull me over. Too cold to go walking outdoors today so gave this video a try. Nice! Worked up some heat while I stepped along to some music. Funny thing, the tune playing in the last 2 minutes was "I'm too Sexy" by Right Said Fred. Too perfect!

I loved it … well worth the time investment … the only thing I found was that going from the single side steps to the double was hard on my ankles and knees .. would have liked a move in between those two …but that’s just me … thank you for your research ❤️
