PROS: Home is GORGEOUS. I love the outside. The brick and landscaping is really nice. The 3 car garage is a nice bonus. I like that pool and jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and lake with the mountains in the back ground. I love that front door. For me, the front door is the MAIN point of the house to me. If I don't like the front door, there is a good chance I might not like the rest of the home. This front door on this house I love. The layout is beautiful. I love the flow of the house. I love the kitchen with those high quality cabinets. The home lets in LOTS of light. I love that. I like the furniture too. The upstairs is very nice. I love the look of the stairs and the walkways leading to the bedrooms. Great choice of colors too. I mostly love dark wood but this look with suffice. That master bedroom. I have never seen something like that before. A balcony leading off of the master bathroom? That tub with the faucet pouring water from the ceiling? That HUGE closet. That HUGE shower with 8 shower heads? As a bachelor myself this home would be almost perfect. I really really like this house and would really enjoy living there. I can see myself chilling on that balcony, having a cigar and sipping on some fine cognac just thinking about what I have accomplished. This is probably my favorite home I have seen so far. CONS: But no house is perfect. The house is gorgeous but it is REALLY expensive for it's size and location. I knows nothing about Henderson or Nevada, period, but considering there is another house next to it does not give me confidence of paying that high of a price. Even with the included furniture, I cannot see this home costing more than 1.5. Like I said, I don't know the area, but this house is too small for the price. The backyard is small. The driveway is small. I would like to see at least 2 more nice sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms and with a seperate office downstairs somewhere. I actually would like to see a bigger kitchen with an upstairs laundry too. A bigger garage would be nice as well. Not a fan of HOA fees either. Actually I HATE HOA fees but if I want this house, I would have to pay it. However the BIGGEST negative for me is the golf course. For the life of me I cannot understand why homes situated on a golf course are considered grand. I had a job for almost 5 years that was located directly next to a golf course. There was a fence that seperated the job I worked at from the golf course and it was covered in trees and bushes naturally but there were still LOTS of golf balls that landed on the property. One even landed near my car. I cannot even imagine how many of those damn balls I would be fishing out of my pool and back yard. I never liked homes on a golf course. Maybe that is why the people who were going to get it decided to purchase land and have a home built instead. Maybe. But even with all that this home is different. I really like it and if I had the funds, you WILL be getting a call from me Chakits.

Beautiful home by William Lyons! I'm loving the clean beveled walls, textured applique wall designs, unique tiles and flooring: just exclusive top of the line detailing. Aside the open 2nd level view, that master bath is jaw dropping. Bathroom balcony is nice; but not in front. Keep these coming. .

I Absolutely Love This William Lyons Home. This has to be my favorite by far. 2.7 million seems fair. Keep in mind that you're getting all the upgrades and All the furniture is included. The audio was fine, and like wow! Like wow, wow. You did well shooting this masterpiece property. (recall that Edison failed how many times to create the light bulb? Having problems is a key component of innovation and improvement - you're doing well, man. Your house tours are the best on KZbin, by far.). The edging is a beveled edge. As to Feng Shui, I think you hit the nail on the head. Energy would shoot right through the house. One would need to do something to block the energy. Interesting note to the lower great room design - the furniture arrangement is referred to as a "hotel lobby" arrangement. It's meant to feel like a small hotel lobby on purpose. The whole interior is very tastefully done. Kudos to the designer.

Yeah there's some issue with the audio...but its still watchable... so no worries, post away. The home is nice... no, not the right word... it's great! Furniture's included? Yeesh... I 'd have to replace almost all it. That master bath was pretty fabulous, but the size of the master closet was something less than inspiring (for 2.7M I'd expect much bigger). That kitchen was very nice as well. Good showing Chakits!

LoL Great work that you do, and I know who to look up if I buy a house in LV! Much love and respect for what you do...and shake them haters off! My favorite houses are about 5...most of which the Toll Brothers built, and that one house that had the infinity pool that looked like a beach when you walk into it, where the entire back doors slide into the wall, but it was rainy that day, the house that had the cod fish pond with the entire left wing for the master suite, with the bed area connected to the outdoor shower and additional bed at the ininity jaccuzi, also this one is up there with my top 5 wishes....just don't have the money right now! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😊👌🏾💯✅

Cha, the home is indeed beautiful. 2.7M and it's situated smack dab in the front of the sub D where everyone coming and going has to either go left or right to keep from running straight into the house? NO. And why oh why did they not construct the home so that the bed in the master bedroom could be positioned where one could lie in bed and look out upon the pool or even better onto the lake? Big mistake to me. Lastly, for a 2.7M house that pantry was substandard-too small. Like who did that? Regarding the sound, I don't think it's so bad that one can't enjoy the tour. It would be terrible for you to go back and re-do what you've already done. You're working hard and some of us realize you also have a family/personal life. I say upload the others so we can check 'em out!
