This house is stunning.You can’t get a quarter acre in any decent area in St Ann for less than five million dollars,in some places in could cost you between twelve to fifteen million dollar,and current price to build is between twelve and fifteen million dollars per square foot You should do some research before you comment on real estate price,remember too that this house is in a gated community with all the amenities,Plus the house has high end finishes.

These house or not for regular jamaican with regular 9-5. It's way out of our reach cost of living is too much for jamaican and there is no job here to subsidize it. You have to TRAVEL,SCAM,OR PUSH DRUGS to ACCOMPLISH YOUR DREAMS IN JAMAICA most time people do things is because of cost of living. Look at this working minimum wage at the end of your pay you have nothing leave. Your expenses always pass your salary how can that be living in comfort. A regular person cant even qualify for a sustainable loan to start a business or act...ect

I really don't like the house, when you think of Jamaica you think of natural light not internal LED lighting. This property has the appearance of a fancy apartment in a tower block in England. The front lawn is not well kept, from what I could see the electrical points were sparse. If there is no built-in cupboards the spacious and airy rooms you refer to will soon become cluttered and the seamless lines of the interior disjointed. A vehicle is a necessity in Jamaica so there ought to be somewhere to safely park said vehicle out of the sun; this property does not have this. It only offers two bedrooms for the money they're asking???? Not for me thank you!
