Yes, the famous Luang Prabang town. It's a UNESCO site. Very romantic town with French colonial architecture with mountains and river in the background. You will find many expats from the USA and Europe living in this adorable town. My math high school teacher retired there in 2018. He built an American style house overlooking the river.

Best season to Visit Laos from July - February only. Other wise you will have to breathe not normally from smoke season from burning farms 😅😅

great video, but the music scores are over powering the visual... i never took any cinema class, but just a personal opinion... i had to turn volume down, then when you started narrating, then i turn it back up. your pronunciation of prabang is pretty spot on. wat xieng thong was the king's temple, since when muang luang (lao and thai called luang prabang). as the golden facade building that is call hall of the death. that is where the golden chariot is there to pull the deceased royal to their cremation place.
