What to keep in mind about hypnosis:

The issues with ADD are a deficiency of dopamine and altered brainwave problems. Also, we know what to do, but we can't make ourselves start or stay on task. It's a problem of dysfunction in the frontal lobe. Sometimes neurofeedback can help and stimulants provide the missing dopamine. I think subliminals and hypnosis can help some conditions, but sadly it can't change a neurodivergent brain.

As an adult with ADD with an ADHD child, I'd have to disagree. This very session has made a measurable difference for my son. One thing to note is how this session is focused on calming the mind for better sleep. With better sleep, overall symptoms are improved, including attention and time blindness. Probably because ADD and ADHD brains often have a hard time shutting down at night and lack of sleep exacerbates symptoms. I've also discovered that a 100% meat-only diet leads to a dramatic drop in negative ADHD symptoms, while still allowing for extreme focused attention and creativity, but curbing our inability to properly prioritize and keep attention when not as interested.
