So wonderful having handy family members that can build things. You wouldn’t find that bed arrangement in a store. It’s so much cheaper to build than buy store bought. The entertainment center was built for the rm space and with your needs in mind. Great jobs, guys!

Warden has done a fantastic job on the bunkbeds! I absolutely love the fact that there's so much space between the bottom beds and the top bed! It doesn't have that claustrophobic feel or look between each of the beds either! Alyssa, I've always loved the way you're so great with organizing everything, especially the closet! You also are wonderful at picking out furniture and decorating! You could totally be an amazing professional interior designer! Great job on the entertainment center, too, John! I really like that your actual living room is upstairs so that the other one next to the kitchen is kept nice and tidy. There are LOTS of people who really do wish for 2 rooms!!! When we moved into our house 24 years ago, I desperately wanted that family room along with the living room. That way our 2 daughters could have friends over and could have a little privacy. Fortunately the family room is connected to the kitchen so if we walked in, we were “usually “ getting something from the fridge or getting a snack out of the cabinet. It was a great way to check on them without causing a lot of chaos!!!’ 😃. Rhett will be running in no time!!! Ha.

Make sure he knows the safety standard for kids beds. How far apart the rails have to be to keep heads from getting stuck and stain that is natural so lids ate not breathing in the off gassing stain etc.
