This 23minute workout is designed to target your abs, and booty, including swim specific muscles.
Entirely equipment free, with no jumping. This workout can be utilised when swimming is not possible.

This session was a little tougher as it is longer, but by choosing the easier options, or create the options yourself, you'll get great benefit from exercising for 20mins and building strength above your current level. :)
