Wow, love it. I too, don't like the idea of honey in a wash, just like it in food. I'm going to add eucalyptus oil. I'm also thinking of adding sea salt for a scrub too Thanks for the great recipe. Be blessed!

I found this come up on my phone today and I'm so thankful for this I'm going to try this recipe. I love Castile soap and so I'm excited to try it with the oil. I deal with dry skin and here in Minnesota during the winter it's extremely dry so this will be fun to try

My foaming bottle that I have is not liking to work with me so I will go on the hunt for a bottle that will, this does not stop me from enjoying what does come out of the bottle, even my husband who is hesitant to try 'new things' thought this was really nice and mentioned that he might use some in the shower so I would know what was happening to the level in the bottle 🤣

@OurGabledHome
@OurGabledHome 3 жыл бұрын
I hope that I understand your question correctly: are you asking if it's cheaper to make bar soap or liquid body wash? If that's the case, I am not sure what the answer is. It would mostly depend on where you get your ingredients and the quantities. I get a very big bottle of castile soap which will be less expensive per oz than a smaller one. Hope this helps 😊 ~ Anja

See, I love this idea but I'm tired of seeing that we've got to buy this Castile soap, which is quite expensive. I can't afford stuff like this. I buy body washes. That basically cost me about 9 or $10 a bottle, and I don't shower every day. So the bottle can last me a while, but I can't afford to buy these products that you're advertising. They're expensive. And for it to last, you're going to run out rather quickly, and I just feel like it's just very not cost-effective for me.
