I watched your video on Speed Queen and after buying a TR7 a month ago I am getting a Error Code 65 and the washer is useless. I cannot get support from Speed Queen or my local dealer. A warranty is useless if you have no one to back it. Thanks for nothing.

Sorry to hear that David. Unfortunately, every electronic device these days has the potential to get a bad unit. Additionally depending on where you're located and who you purchased from can have a big impact on the service you will receive after the purchase. Here are some recommendations you might try in the meantime: Unplug the device overnight and plug it back in to see if the error code comes back immediately or at a later time., If it does come back. Try using a different outlet in the home, or plugging the unit into a surge protector. In addition to that here's what our service tech Blake says: ER65 is a stuck relay on the drive board, error. That error (if it happens) occurs at the end of the cycle when it is finished and it sits for a few minutes and then realizes the relay is sticking. Contact Speed Queen customer service and they will find a servicer in your area to help. In the meantime time you can unplug the unit at the end of the cycle. When you need to wash, load the machine, add soap, and plug the machine back in then select the cycle and push start. The machine uses the relay that is stuck so it will work the entire cycle until the end of the cycle. Then it will error out. You can do this between cycles until it is repaired. It still is a great washer with 7-year warranty parts and labor. Speedqueen will get you taken care of, just give them a call.
