I am a guy practicing kick for more than half of year... I can understand most of this, but my quick question is I find the ball will literally lose power into the court if I do in sideway swing path. I am confusing this if it is sideway problem or pronation is not more enough...... thank you a lot if you could advise bit more .....

Hi Contrebasseman, we do notice that the back foot (right foot for right handed player) is a little further to the left when serving from the ad court. There is a little more shoulder rotation resulting in the direction of the chest being a little more sideways at contact. Let me know this helps to clarify. Best, Gregg
