The timer countdown was a nice touch in the first video. Please bring it back. Being in the corner with a white wall on one side and grey on the other is odd. Maybe choose one or the other. Over all enjoyable workout.

I really enjoyed this as you can add intensity by ‘jumping’ with the actions. Thank you. My only request, please, is that you offer a quick point/ tap to which leg you are starting with on each set, so I can better keep in sync with you. It seems to change each time. I know it doesn’t matter which leg goes first from an exercise perspective, but when you’re in sync it allows you to focus on the intensity rather than working out where you are. Hope this makes sense…

If you use music its best to keep up with the beat if the music. I feel like I'm doomed to injury bc I'm always trying to count with the beat. And counting is very helpful. Random "let's go to side, oup now back" is hard to follow. Good video still
