The new combo moves were a challenge today, my brain is befuddled with catarrh (thanks to my grandchildren passing on their playgroup germs 😂) but I loved every minute of this. I am a great believer in movement as medicine, so thank you for today's prescription Dr Jules 😊

It’s on my To Do List for tomorrow, Tuesday Morning because my habit now, due to you making me want to do Strength Training since your 25 Day Strength series 2 years ago this past November is Strength Upper Monday, Cardio Tuesday, All-In-One Wednesday, Strength Lower Thursday and Cardio, Flexibility Friday. Loved this one! I used 1# weights throughout. I think it went super fast, mostly because of having to figure out the coordination in some of the moves, lol. Good challenge for the brain, too!

I sometimes feel people will leave the video if I go too long with the stretches so I try to keep them short for that reason.

Thank you for another great workout. I like that you can customize to make it more challenging. I was able to use weights for half of it until it was too much for my neck and shoulders. The quote you put is so true I started this because I got motivated but it has really become a habit

I LOVE that exercise is now part of your life. I never think, 'do I feel like exercising?'... I just do it daily because I know it's good for me (and I always do feel better after exercise).

I have been following your channel for awhile and it is one of the three main ones I use for my daily workouts. (I like to vary my workouts).
