The Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts School is located in Chiang Mai, North Thailand. The training program includes empty hand Muay Chaiya & Muay Thai fighting and Krabi Krabong Thai Weapons. As well in the Camp students practice everyday Meditation and Warrior Yoga to improve their awareness health, and sensitivity.

Thanks for sharing ,im also a warrior from Philippines my martial arts called LUBU Likapasa Mongoose Martial Arts our main techniques is to move to the point of attack and we can mobilize in 360 deg..Our fighting system is still trade secret and did not allow to commercialize because very deadly each attack is a vital..I saw your techniques very good also especially your triangle defense and offense .almost same one of our footwork system..but we are almost at the back when the opponents hits me...same like the fighting of mongoose animal and the king cobra .our system conceptualize like that..but i salute you Sir your the best too .God Bless and I follow your style..

I've been studying with someone in Mexico that trained with you in the past and you both make these exercises look a lot easier than they are for us mere mortals. I look forward to the day that these are as easy for me as it appears to be for you two. These exercises and two others my coach taught me are part of my everyday warm up routine now(6 days a week but train with coach 5). I quickly started noticing weak areas that I need to work on like maybe strengthening my lower back which is actually more likely to be an issue with something like weak glutes. At the end of a session(roughly ~1 hour warm up and 1 hour training) my back is extremely tight. When I say tight I don't mean that it is extremely painful, although slightly painful, but rather just tight. Also my back is rarely sore the next day. By time I stretch, take a cold shower and relax a bit the tightness has mostly gone away and the next morning everything is mostly back to normal. Do you have any recommendations for combating that issue or is it just a thing I need to work through like classic doms(delayed onset muscle soreness) we get from stressing muscles hard?

the stlye. chaiya and boran for kill in real war and mauy thai for sport that is basic of mauy thai stlye.mauy thai have lot of name and stlye (=_=)
