The basic exercises of Muay Chaiya are a great way to stay in shape and improve your balance, ankle and knee strength. They also integrate all of the important body mechanics of the style, so if practiced regularly, will make your Muay Chaiya techniques stronger, faster and more effective.

If you're keen to keep fit or get into shape, I'd recommend doing this set once a day (twice if possible) - but don't forget to have rest days!
