Story #1 was very unique . I believe this story as you cannot fool a cop to say you were a one time cop. Also they obviously had access to back ground information. Interesting Story and quite different than the common bar girl stories . Thanks!!

Great second story!!! Even though rookie mistakes were made. Never butterfly from the same bar! Luckily, you didn’t get bottled. You mentioned early in your story that you wish it wasn’t so difficult getting here (Thailand) I used to feel the same way, but I think that would take away from the mystery and magic of this place. Peter I have been in Thailand since 2007 and think i have been around quite a bit. I have to say i have had two experiences wioth the Mafia here and i would take them very seriously if they make a threat. The real Mafia does not make idle threats and have connections in very high places.

Morning Pete. Just listened to these two longer stories. Both really interesting, the Mafia one though was rather worrying - I wonder how many guys are threatened like that should they return to Thailand. I actually know a German guy who was married then divorced with a Thai woman, her family threatened him exactly the same - he now goes to the Philippines instead out of fear. 2 Great little stories. The first story I would like to know. (1) was the guy permanently banned from Thailand. People can be put on permanent ban (2) how did the Thai place now that he was not a policeman. Did he have the wrong look about him or did they check with the British police.

Great stories today, if I was that 1st guy, I would've done a u-turn as soon as she confessed being associated w/ the Thai mafia, that was a stupid move! The 2nd guy was quite brazen, always returning to the same bar (bad move) and flashing a fancy piece of jewelry, even if fake invites in undesireable consequences. At least he had fun and managed to stay safe!

Yeah...I get a lot of Thai Friendly girls showing interest in me. When I try to get to know them I usually get a "ok" or a "yes" as a answer . Not very responsive.

Is it really a good idea to marry into a family like that where her brother puts a gun to your head when he doesn't like what he hears?
