Bonnie, I learn something each time I watch your videos. Question: Could you have put in a larger bumper on the thinning shears that overlapped. Perhaps a washer under the bumper to raise it just a hair?

Yes you can! If the shears had not been so cheap and not worth the extra effort, I would and should have done so. At that point, I just wanted to get those shears done.

Really great save on shear #1 and bending and removing the burr on #2 I might have tried to put a bigger bumper to create more space on #2. ! Nice to learn something new, yet again! Thank you Bonnie! Love Chic Fillet, never had sweet tea or the peanuts or fried green tomatoes!

See the answer I made previously to @normanblack952 about the bumper. Thanks for the compliment.

Hi Bonnie, you were right about the Creative Edge shears, they seem to be made in Pakistan and sell on Alibaba for 5 to 7 USD.

What’s that saddle looking chair in the background. Looks similar to my VariChair

Yes, that saddle stool is great but it squeaks and I can't use it when filming a video.

Thanks Bonnie. Another great video! But I'm desperate to know..... Did Toni pass the ISSA exam?? 😁

Eventually she passed. As I recall, she had to do the convex edge shears again. She wasn’t aggressive enough to get all the nicks out.

Maybe could have tried a bigger bump to open the scissors slightly. I do that when handles just don’t feel right to bend 👍🏻🏴

See the answer to the previous comment on this. The short answer is, yes, you are right.
