About the plastic straws. The whole thing was based on a 9 year old boy’s school project. He simply called manufacturers and asked how many straws they make in a year. They’re recyclable and versatile. Also, the plastic island in the Pacific Ocean have been traced back to two rivers, one in China and one in India. Love your videos and your delightful accent. 👍😁🇺🇸

My ganache was way too loose and ran down to the cake plate... it was cool enough. We don't have double cream here in the USA, our heavy whipping cream is very runny. Should I of whipped the ganache to thicken it some, or more chocolate?
@GeorgiasCakes5 жыл бұрын
If you use whipping cream and add about 20g of butter it replaces the fat that would be in the double cream :)

Thaks for the lovely tutorial! How long up front do you decorate it? I find that, unfortunately, popcorn goes soft after a while. Do you have any tips how to avoid that?
@GeorgiasCakes5 жыл бұрын
I would put the popcorn on as last minute as possible. Also, I avoid places with high humidity - I have a fridge which is quite dry so it's ok in there!
