Stayed over at my girl's house, packed my Garage Strength Swole shirt I won from his old live streams, woke up, put it on, checked my phone and saw Dane featured the Sika boys! Love it!

I feel like you guys can cover the same technique topics every week in cycles and they'll still be relevant every time. There's always something you haven't focused on lately and get a better feeling lift from these. Just last week I suddenly realised I had become lazy in the third pull, not using the arms enough to pull and keep the bar close. The difference was big, much snappier and the barbell ended up in the right overhead position easily and quickly.

Excellent stuff as always. Just got back from a training session which included some ideas from your previous videos. The technical details discussed in this video were exactly the ones I was thinking about during my session. Very excited to implement them in coming sessions.

I'd really like to get into weightlifting it just seems so satisfying and fun. I love bodybuilding but sometimes It's just lacking that drive. I might have to give it a go and just taper my expectations.

I got into weightlifting after getting bored of powerlifting/physique building. Highly recommend it, its super satisfying but fuck man its exceptionally humbling being a 190lb (somewhat) elite powerlifter (230kg ATG backsquat, 306kg DL) and being out-snatched and out-clean-and-jerked by 120lb lifters. Incorporate some of the strength movements and mobility exercises with proper technique into your current training (Overhead squat, strict press with good lockout, ATG backsquat, ATG front squat) and if you like them, start a beginner program but importantly find a coach.

Snatching makes clean and jerk easier. Especially powerclean movements.

Maybe this isn't a question you can answer but, I always struggle with "pushing of the floor" as in not that I cant but I have no idea what it feels like. I feel like I am never using my legs in the first pull

Learn to squat properly. Toes and knees slightly out can help with this, push your full feet into the floor
