Day 1: 4 mins (mannn I cried, it hurts so bad) Day 2: 6 mins (I wanna do 8 but it burns so bad) Day 3: 8 mins (I'm so proud of myself for this, but I had to stop because my heart beats so fast and I can't take it no mooo) Day 4 & 5: I let my body rest because my legs were SORE and I have a hard time going downstairs. Day 6: I WAS ABLE TO FINISHHH THE WHOLE WORKOUT!!! I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF! I'm crying 😭😭😭

Okay so I've been doing this workout and it has been 9 days. I can literally see the difference in my thighs as well as my butt. My butt was 37 inches a week ago and now it is 38 inches. I recommend y'all to try this workout along with the "hip dips" one. You will see the difference for sure.

I observe that my butt got a little lifted on my 4th day of exercise and on the 6th day today, my cellulite thigh just below my butt is gone. It was still there on the 4th day! I am so motivated to continue to finish the entire 14 day challenge as I’m so happy of the progress. P.s. I completed the 14 day challenge and my butt haven’t been perkier. It’s nice since all my life, I’ve had flat butt. So it’s good to see a little curve around my butt for a change. ❤ thanks for the challenge Ivana!

Hey everyone, I‘m a guy in his 30ies and can only say that strong glute muscles are also very important for maintaining a healthy back. At least this is what my physician told me after I suffered from a herniated disc from my desk intensive job. So I‘m mostly doing the squats for overall health, if it‘s also for the looks the better. THIS IS UR SIGN TO START DOING THIS WORKOUT!!! First off get a good high protein workout because it works much faster if u do, I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks. As a 14 year old 5”3 100 pound girl who gets shamed for being skinny I can see a difference after 3 weeks!! I’m gonna be honest not a HUGE one BUT if u stay consistent and do it everyday trust me it works, my guy bsf told me he noticed a difference and said gyat to me lmaooo HARD WORK PAYS OFF. This workout still hurts after 3 weeks but you need to push through, I know you can do it, I’ll update in a month❤

Just did this yesterday and I haven’t done squats in a while. I like to do leg lifts and bridges but I decided to do this workout and I am SORE. I can’t even walk down my stairs without it hurting or bend down. Definitely won’t be doing this everyday but will continue to(:

haha I did this squat exercise on monday morning this week and I am not sure if I reached its middle part coz my muscles are stiffed and painful already and after that I can't even stand up and walk down the stairs properly hahahaha I was screaming literally becoz my muscles in thigh area are freakin sore😂😂😂 I can't work out for 2 days now hahahaha still sore

we r the same hahaha I think it's normal especially if u r not used to working out and it is ur 1st time. U will normally feel that way. Just rest and let ur body heal from the work out then continue when ur ok

Gf, every time I do your all squat workouts my thighs feel like they are carrying 100 lb cement blocks. Please do more of these kind of video's for us. I have heard from other experienced weight lifters that the best way to build a butt is doing all squat exercises instead of using the bands. I have used the bands even though it is PAINFUL, I don't feel the heavy legs after and I'm ACTUALLY sore the next day when I do these.

I've been doing this since may of this year. I used to do it every day but I do it 3x a week now. It still hurts like a mother when I add even light weights. I've always had a flat butt and while I still don't have a big butt, it's no longer flat :)

doing this (almost) everyday for 2 weeks! will update march 13 (mon): / › it was my first time working out and i'm glad i managed to finish the video! was burning after. i felt very sore and i couldn't even walk down my stairs properly march 14 (tues): / - just finished and wow i am really sore again... definitely will rest tomorrow ^^ march 15 (wed): / - just finished and i'm sweating so much. the soreness isn't that bad anymore march 16 (thurs): ~ - only did half of the workout at a medium pace

Okay, while I believe heavily in exercising, to get a butt will take longer than 2 weeks, you will also have to have some kinda adipose so the glute muscles can grow, also, pray you have booty DNA. I have a friend who tried for years to grow glutes. She counted macros and did everything right to grow, but sadly never could. So be warned that there really isn't a fast way for glute growth. Happy exercising!

Update: Day 10 complete, Im not getting tired out that much anymore, I measured my butt and it went from 36 inches to 37 inches Four days to go, this workout is working, I am I starting to fully in my jeans pants buttocks it used to be saggy

Ivana: is it recommended to do this, let's say, one day the squats and next day the "BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT CHALLENGE" routine, and then again the squats, and so on? Alternating each day? (I mean, based in your recommendation of combining this workout with the "Brazilian butt lift challenge".

I have done this and i hardly walk down frm staircase. 😂😂😂😂
