I tried this 3 weeks ago after about 3-4 years of not exercising. I was able to complete 17 minutes and was sore for a week. I got a little further last week. And today I was able to do the whole thing with very little modification! It feels really good.

I'd love to see Erica do this format for arms, abs, and total body! I liked how it targeted multiple muscle groups repeatedly, but didn't feel impossible.

Totally not sure I’m doing all the exercises properly. But I really loved this. I often don’t feel like working out and dread it because I fee so tired. But when I do them, I actually feel so good!

Added some weights because I only have time to do a workout every two-three days, and this BURNED! Loved the variety. Huge shout out to you guys for having so many free workouts. As someone who is currently on a tight budget and can’t afford many extras I’m so grateful for these. Hoping to get fitness blender plus as soon as I can!
