2 year pole vault progression

I am incredibly thankful for this sport. I have learned so much and cherished so many moments. The job is not finished yet, I still have 2 more years. Sorry for some of the bad quality videos, its better than nothing. Hope you guys enjoy the progression, more to come. Thank you so much!

Incredible Improvement! I was a sophomore last year had a PR of 10' 6. I've been doing pole vaulting since 8th grade, and I know the feeling of getting a PR (and also missing a PR.) you are already really fast, but keep improving on speed! speed on the runway will transfer to more bend in the pole and a faster inversion. Are you using a carbon fiber or a fiberglass pole? Carbon fiber usually bends a little different and can feel better for some athletes, so if you don't use one I would consider trying one if you can. keep up the good work Darek!
