bought it sometime two years ago also, havent washed it yet, worn 10-15 times probably … beautifull shirt, goes so well with black denim and grey Iron Rangers. Looking forward to same fades.

I got the brown/sand version of this shirt, i usually wear a Medium in american and european brands and i went for a size Large with this shirt. The fit is perfect for me, enough room to layer under and no problem with the armholes, i absolutely LOVE this shirt ! I got mine after i saw your review 2 years ago haha ! Hope it's been great. It certainly is one to persist with and the super slow fade is great. I've had some keys in my breast pocket for a while and there's some nice fade points starting to show there. Plus it is softening up nicely

I have the black serge shirt and would have to echo everything you've said. It's easiest the stiffest shirt I have, but I love it because it's so different to anything else I own.

I have this same shirt mainly for when I'm riding my harley.. Freaking love it.. IT IS heavy! Definitely not something that is easily worn casually especially if its warm..but if I ever crash my bike, I KNOW this shirt will protect me from road rash. I also sized up to give it a bit more room.

I had the black western shirt from IH and felt the same way but I also went too small a size so the arm holes weren’t very comfortable either, I felt that wearing it was just too uncomfortable to the point that I ended up giving it away but I think if it is sized correctly and worn they are probably very comfortable and extremely durable like you said

Debating on buying this or the kersey version what's ur opinion

The kersey is a lot softer, my son has it. It's not quite flannel soft but it's more in that direction. The serge has a denser, tighter, more starched feeling.

I would echo this. The Kersey is so soft, like a blanket once it's worn in, more flowy and warm but not quite UHF. The serge is much more dense, stiff, rugged. Both have their own place.

I have handled some of their shirts and I don't get the appeal of something that thick and uncomfortable... specially for the price they charge.
