In regards to the windmill, would you recommend light or intermediate weight?

Try a 4kg Kettlebell to start. If you don’t have a light one you can also put a heavier kettlebell in your bottom hand still looking up towards your top hand keeping that straight line.

If I may comment, try with 4-6kg. The exercise may appear hard at first but this is the best exercise for shoulders strength, stability and flexibility
